After initially feeling daunted about coming here, I have found my stay excellent.

The staff have been sensitive to my personal circumstances and welcoming. They made me feel at home and not just another statistic. The group work was useful and eye opening and the exercise sessions have given me my motivation back to regain my health and life back.

Being here has given me the confidence to face my issues in other positive ways and not look back. This stay has given me and my family a positive fresh start.
