"My daughter's maternity care"

About: North Middlesex Hospital / Maternity care

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter gave birth in North Middlesex Hospital a few days ago. I was at the birth and cannot express how wonderful the triage staff were. The delivery was calm and midwife was so wonderful, calm and caring. Cannot fault the staff at all.

My daughter said the ward was a completely different story, abrupt nurse, no bedside manner at all. Who thought years ago of placing new mothers in wards where babies wake and cry at different times? No sleep at all!

This situation has not changed since I had my children. Apparently things will be changing at North Middlesex, hopefully then it will be perfect! Grateful thanks to all concerned.
