"Endoscopy Unit at JPH"

About: James Paget University Hospital

Anything else?

The same can be said for when I was taken into hospital in mid September 2012!

Subject: James Pageat Hospital

I would like to thank all of the staff at the JPH. I had an appointment on 22nd January with the Endoscopy Unit. Right from the time I asked for directions to me leaving when I asked a very kind caring window cleaner the way out (the signs were fine I just was not paying attention! Also spotless windows and cleanliness throughout that I saw through the hospital) I cannot thank the staff on all levels for their courtesy, professionalism, support and kindness.

The procedure I underwent was not a pleasant one but with the care of the staff it was bearable (I would rather have given birth to a 21lb 2 headed turkey backwards). I would like to thank the two nurses whose hands I squeezed (no broken bones I hope!), the doctor who did the procedure reassuring me that it was almost over, the nurse who explained the slight delay to all patients in the waiting room, the nurse who brought me some water and also to a Doctor I never saw previously who came to me to see if I was ok. And to everyone else.

With heartfelt thanks.
