I was seen on time. The admin and clinical staff were courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The procedure was explained to me in detail and i was given the opportunity to ask any questions. I was advised what the next stage would be at each relevant moment and advised of any likely pain/strange sensations.

The clinical staff exuded a calm air of authority and reassurance which put me at ease.

At the end of the procedure i was given appropriate post-care reading material as well as a contact list in case i wanted any further assistance.

I would recommend the Outpatients department at the RBH.
