The hospital has a very relaxed and yet totally professional atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and put you completely at ease. Despite it being an operation, which was done to perfection, it was a pleasant experience. Its completely stands out compared to other hospitals I have experience of.

The only complaint I would have was not being offered any food or drink all day despite it being under a local, but this was reported at the time to the ward by the surgical team who were very sympathectic.
