"Very poor"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

Anything else?

Years or poor care and terrible exeriences with my doctor and this depatment. Lost appointments and results, being ignored and feeling misunderstood. The list of problems was endless but left me suffering terrible anxiety and depression. My complaint letter was ignored, I feel really let down and that they couldnt care less about me. Since going to other hospitals and departments, and meeting other patients I have realised that departments aren't all like this one, but this one is really bad. The most unhelpful, unsupportive and frustrating experience, if I had a straightforward illness it might have been better, but any complications and it becomes a nightmare trying to get some common sense help.
