(as the patient),

I recently had a Fundoplication and from the minute I stepped through the door, to when I left I could not have been treated better. the staff on ward 17 were cheerful, caring and extremely patient.

If I had gone as a private patient no more could have been done. I feel we are so lucky to have Royal Bounemouth Hospital as our provider.
