"eye treatment"

About: Royal Eye Infirmary / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I previously wrote about the patronising/condescending treatment that I usually got & was expecting again at my most recent visit to the eye infirmary.

I am glad to report that my visit was in fact a very pleasant one (apart from the obvious pain in my eye) & I was not spoken to in a condescending manner at all. The staff were very nice & I was treated promptly & professionally. I wasn't aware until my visit, how recently the Royal eye infirmary had moved into Derriford.

Please accept my appologies for my previous comments.

Thank you.

Good afternoon

Thank you very much for your additional comments. I was pleased to note that on your subsequent visit to the REI you had a much better experience. I do hope that you make a full recovery very soon and wish you well.

Thank you for contacting Patient Opinion again.

Best wishes

Mary
