"Happy I joined the steps group"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I saw an advert in the local paper that the course (Steps Group) is taking pace. It stated that one will gain more self-confidence with plenty more good things. I therefore called up and signed up for the next course. I was absolutely amazed and happy that I joined.
