"Smiles from the staff would be nice :-("

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

Anything else?

We were rushed into the Acute medical unit for my husband and obviously in a strange environment and very scared. They left us for 4 hours with virtually no explanations as to what was happening and certainly no reassurance or even smiles from the staff. There was an agency nurse taking details and she looked almost as scared as us. My hubby is still in there and it makes a bad experience even worse knowing that you have had to leave your loved one in the 'care' of people who just dont care
