"Waiting for test results"

Anything else?
Waiting for test results from heart and lung unit, Outpatients. Supposed to be 'Chest pain - Rapid Assessment Clinic'. First appointment, December 2012. Second January 2013. Now 6 weeks on, no results. Phoned for progress, promised to call me back, did not. Answer phone messages not replied to. Another week gone wondering what the outcome might be. Not rapid but very stressful.

Please could you contact the Heart and Lung team immediately on either tel 01782 675942 or email Carol.Jones@uhns.nhs.uk so that we can identify why a second appointment hasn't yet been made. Carol is the Operational Services Manager for the heart and lung directorate.
