Some fantastic caring staff there, who did more than they neede to. The Staff nurse was exceptional, and had a lovely way with all patients, including the more difficult ones. She always found time to reassure and chat to patients, and she could calm distressed people so well. The team leader was good, and spent time explaining things to patients and there families.

Lots of other very good staff too. Well done to all of you. You helped to make a stressful time less so.
