"Visit from mental health nurse"

Corinne, the mental health nurse from Warrington came to visit my mum this afternoon. I was very unsure about the procedure and was worried that mum would feel upset and worked up.

I needn't have worried. Corrine was excellent. She was lovely and calm and patient. She respected mum and made mum feel at ease, so much so that mum fell asleep!

She gave us lots of information and a telephone number to contact her if we had any questions. Overall both myself and my mum were confident that Corrine was a caring, professional nurse who put mums needs first with dignity and respect.
