My daughter was referred to QA for a CT scan on her ear.

Brilliant service - our appointment was at 9.30am - we were taken through to another dept at 9.30am, as she was booked onto the wrong scanner - the chap who took us through was very pleasant and explained why this was happening. We were then seen by someone in the A&E scan dept, who again explained how long we would wait and was fantastic with my daughter. He explained everything to her in words that she would understand and totally put her at ease.

The full procedure was completed by 10.00am.

Any staff we dealt with were excellent and the level of care shown was of a very high standard.
