About: Victoria Infirmary (Northwich)

Anything else?

I went to the MIU as I had injured my wrist. I was received politely and efficiently at the reception and waited for only a couple of minutes before going through to be seen by medical staff. I was sent to X-ray and returned with the results a mere 20 minutes later. This was reviewed and I was given the result - and a splint - shortly afterwards and sent on my way. Overall it was about 40 minutes. I couldn't believe how quick it was but I didn't feel it was rushed. I was more than happy with the treatment and diagnosis I received.

Thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about our service and how you were treated. Your comments will be shared with the staff on duty at the time and I am glad your experience was so positive. Sue Talbot-Crosby, Matron, Emergency Care Division.
