"At home phlebotomy, great service"

I am new to having my bloods taken at home. Linda has been twice now and she is fantastic. I cannot fault her in anyway.

This was her second visit and she went out of her way to help me with some issues that were not directly related to her job. She went above and beyond the call of duty.

A fortnight ago when she first visited, she took my bloods and I didn’t feel a thing. I said you could come again. She has a friendly and professional attitude.

I have used the NHS a lot over the years and the best way I can sum it up is to say if every staff member as good as Linda I would not have any problems
