It was good in that we were seen early; we were seen by a registrar rather than a consultant and the follow up appointment was delayed at the day care centre due to missing information from the registrar.

The staff at the daycare centre were fantastic and reassuring.

My mother has Alzheimer’s and I was very impressed with how the staff were with her.
