I went to WMUH A&E Sunday 20th January with a damaged ankle to find

later I had fractured it.

I would to take this opportunity to thank the staff on duty that day, it

was busy and at one point fraught with a member of the public behaving

in a very antisocial manor.

The whole dept was run efficiently on the day with the staff being

professional, caring and friendly.

Please pass on my thanks to the team and my feedback to your hospital

management.
