I was on ward 31 about 4 weeks ago. One member of the nursing team was very rude to a gentlemen who was in the room next to me. She made a comment about him very loudly to another member of staff which I cannot write on here, he was not treated dignity and respect that he deserved. I would be very upset to think that a member of my family could be treated like this without knowing.
