I was referred by my dentist to get a few molars and an impacted canine and wisdom tooth extracted. My consultation was in July 2012, and luckily one week later I received a call asking me to come in the next day, as someone has cancelled. My wisdom tooth was extracted easily. The staff were just great. I was very happy with the service.

Having said that, since then I have been waiting to get my remaining molars (2) and impacted canine extracted. 6 months have passed and I have not heard back from them. Everytime I call, I get put through but then no one answers the phone. It's pretty frustrating.
