"Very good care but better communication needed at Royal Bolton"

I was a patient in the gynaecology department at the Royal Bolton hospital in February of this year. The standard of care given to me was very good. At all times I was treated with the greatest respect - when student doctors wanted to sit in on one of my check-ups, they made sure to ask me first, which I thought was particularly good.

The only thing that could have been better is if I had been given better information regarding when I would be discharged, as there was a bit of a mix-up which made it difficult for my husband when he came to pick me up.
