"Staff rude short staff. Waited 2hrs after..."

They were short staffed.

The nurse was very rude to patients and careers who brought old people. Very sarcastic in her reply to patients who have questsions. Most of the staff were disengaged, did not tell patient what to do how to manage their injury when they get home or manage patient expetation
