"Feeling ignored"

About: Barnet Hospital

Anything else?

Just adding to my sister's comments, everytime we went to Walnut ward, we felt the staff studiously ignored us, (with the exception of one nurse). Nobody seems willing to engage with us regarding our Uncle, came away with a 90 year old in flimsy hospital pyjama bottoms, we did not receive the (promised) back call from the staff regarding his missing trousers, keys and slippers! It did not surprise us that his clothes went missing after reading the notice on the door leading to the ward saying that they had 3 wondering patients and one that had absconded, needless to say that this 'security' door was wide open!

Thank you for taking the time to add your comments. Your concerns will be forwarded to the manager and matron with overall responsiblity for the Ward so that the points that you have made can be investigated.
