had ankle injury ,had to wait a very long time in a A&E was refred to fracture clinic Tthe day had to wait 2 hours wait eve thought i had a appt time was then sent to xray department had to wait 1 hour for xray then the xrays where lost ankle was bandaged had severe trauma injury was given cruthces adn sent home due to continuedin after seeing gp was refrred back to hospital had to wait for a appointment date. have now attended the farture clinic 5 times each time seen different doctors none have ever read my notes so had to explain injurY each time ankle phicically examined by consultant for the first time january 2013 had injury in july 2012 finally was sent for mri now being refrred for operation (manipulation) during every vuist ther lack of care and intrest shown by receptionist nurses and doctors is astanding i now feel sick before i even arrive .bercause i know that i would be greeted by apathey broken systems lost blood test tutting eye rolling and general lack of care. toilets very unclean lots nhs posters with comments on saying please respect me and the images are showing staff i find this ironic when the respect is not shown to patients. at all appointments ive never been seen on time.
