"Excellent A&E care for my young daughter."

We were told to take our 7-year old daughter to A&E after having a temperature of 40 decrees celcius for four days which couldn't be controlled by over-the-counter medication.

Without exception the staff were fantastic, explaining their actions to both myself and my daughter every step of the way. The staff in A&E work in very difficult, pressurised circumstances, often yelled and sworn at by drunken patients in pain yet they behaved with sensitivity and concern for my daughter.

Thank you so much for your care and concern, and excellent medical care. Your managers should be proud of you!
