i have just spent time in this hospital on T7 after having been in trusts other hopitals and having bad experiences with staff and hygiene i was very wary,.I was amazed at the difference,the staff were brilliant a smile on their face and could not do enough for me pleasent ,helpful,willing to help in any way.The only fault was the food it was poor quality and 5 out of the6 days i was in hospital the food was cold,the Sunday dinner ended in the garbage by most of the patients,it was either cold or lukewarm,the staff told the kitchen to no no avail,the complaints where ignored.The hygiene was excellant the ward was clean.
