All departments I have visited above have been extremely professional and courteous. I am currently attending the physio department and have been extremely impressed with the level of service.

Dear Caroline,

It is really wonderful to read your positive feedback and to be able to pass it on to the Physiotherapy Service. Patients and members of the public are telling us that services are improving at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, but we also know we've some further work to do to consistently deliver excellent care.
