I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff who looked after me during & after my operation, I was made to feel at ease from the minute I stepped onto the ward, it was an extremely stressful time for myself the staff made sure I was fully informed of the procedures aswell as being friendly & helpful.

There was one member of staff I will never forget, she was with me in the recovery room & informed me of what was going to happen when I returned to the ward, she even came up with me to the ward to make sure that I was ok, that meant a lot to me as I really felt cared for which I think made all the difference. I am just sorry I can not say thank you to her as I never found out her name. A big thank you to all xx
