"Nurological care"

About: Derriford Hospital

Anything else?

I was admitted as an emergency in August whilst on holiday in Cornwall. The care I received was second to none. The wards were extremely clean and all members of staff appeared to take a pride in cleanliness at all times. Staff were friendly and helpful and could not do enough to help everyone. Food was good. Overall I believe I was treated extremely well and have made a full recovery.

Dear Julie

Thank you for your very positive comments regarding your admission to Derriford Hospital in August. I was very pleased to note your satisfaction with the overall care you received and I will be pleased to forward your comments to the teams involved, including the staff who carry out the important functions of cleaning and serving the food.

I am sorry that your holiday was interrupted by ill health but was delighted to note that you are now fully recovered.

Kind regards

Mary
