The family of Anne would like to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses on the Florence Nightingale Ward, who treated Anne as if she were a member of their family and not just another patient.

They were caring, compassionate and friendly, whilst always remaining professional.

In a time where people are always complaining about the service/care they recieve, we feel these two nurses should be recognised for the wonderful work they do.

Feedback from patients and/or their relatives/carers is always welcomed (negative or positive) whether it is showing appreciation for the care and treatment received or expressing concerns or offering suggestions to improve practices at the hospital.
