I was taken into Harvey ward 1 of the Nottingham City hospital after suffering from appendicitis. The standard of care which I received from the nursing staff was very good.
I did have a couple of concerns during my stay though. One was having to wait 7 hours for a CT result, which seemed to be an unacceptable length of time to wait. The other thing was that there is poor access for patients to the medical staff, especially to senior staff. Something could be done about this.
