"Rude"

I was at this hospital two days ago and overheard nursing staff saying that they felt patients and their families can be nuts and rude , How dare you disrespect families/patients like that saying they are nuts and rude, if you were good at your job(which very few nurses are) you would realize that at times of emergencies families and patients are very stressed and worried , they do not need stroppy nurses / doctors bossing/ordering them around in a rude manner .

You reap what you sow , treat patients and families with respect and you will get the same respect back .

It is plain to see you were a prime example of a rude/bad nursing staff
