I had day surgery on Monday 7th Jan 2013, Ths is the second time I have been in for day surgery in the last 12 months. All of the nursing and theatre staff that I came into contact with were polite and courteous.

Thank you all very much

The only downside was the very grumpy recpetion when I checked out at the end of the day, needs a customer service course.
