Anything else?
When in West Mid hospital, I felt more could be done when dealing with disabled people. I'm paralyzed from the chest down and whilst at the hospital I was not being turned when I should have been, I should have been turned over every six hours and I ended up having to turn myself. Because I'm paralyzed I cant go to the toilet at all as a normally fit person would, I need suppositories and manual evacuation but this was not carried out with myself and this could have lead to fatality. I feel that more could be done to take care of patients with disabilities similar to me.
