What a contrast having needed sub acute care this was delivered by professional staff who treated my mother with dignity and respect, Hotel service staff work as part of the team and all team members from volunteers, therapists,medical staff, hotel services and nursing staff treated my relative as an individual. Thank you for restoring my faith in NHS services
