"Disgusting treatment by all A and E staff"

What I liked

After my mum was brought into A and E, me and my younger sister went up there to visit her. The staff nurse that was working there that night was disgusting. the attitude she said about the reason my mum was brought in was awful and she should have kept her personal opinions to herself instead of sharing them with my younger sister who was very upset. All the staff that were working in A and E that night were awful, very rude and not bothered about helping with any of our enquiries. We tried to leave contact details but were just told to go see so many people and when eventually we were able to leave some it was no good as they did not bother to contact us when they were meant to. they also failed to even let my Mum know we had been p to she her, overall was extremely hurt by the treatment that she received and if had any other choice would never use that hospital agin.
