What I liked

All staff made a combined effort to work as an efficient team. They were caring, attentive, reassuring, efficient and professional at all times.

I have never encountered such caring people - collectively - in a very long time and the other highly skilled individuals: from the anaesthetists to surgeons complemented the nursing staff in their sensitive bedside manner. They all put me at my ease.

Congratulations to all at The Horton.

Anything else?

I would highly recommend this hospital.
