What I liked

I was treated by the sister and staff with great patience, consideration and full instruction. The theater staff were equally instructive and kind. I was in no doubt of the work in hand. They instilled confidence in me and what I dreaded didn't seem so bad after all. I am 87 years old and probably impatient, but they soothed my furrowed brow. We often hear criticism of hospital staff so I feel it my duty to relate my pleasant experience.
