What I liked

Please pass on my thanks to all the staff involved with my visit to A and E at 3am this morning. I am eternally grateful to the nursing staff on the phone (111) who had a doctor waiting for me when I arrived. The doctor was excellent - he answered all my questions, dealt with me efficiently with medication and helped me calm down from an agitated state.

A sincere thank you to all involved.
