(as the patient),

This was my first visit to this hospital and I was very pleased with the staff at reception. They made me feel very relaxed, so friendly towards me.

The doctor and nurse were excellent. Words cannot express the way they just made me feel so very pleased the whole time I was there.

So thank you very much all of you. You made me feel so very welcome. Thank you.
