I was contacted quicker than I thought I would be.

The young lady that made my appointment was easy to understand. My appointment is also a lot sooner than expected, so I am very pleased with everything all round.

Thank you for your very kind comments about the team and the TRAC service. The short amount of time between your GP referring you and TRAC contacting you to make an appointment is a really good of example of how the service works well for our patients.
