About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Referred to urologist. Told my GP that the appointment would be after xmas, ok fair enough. Surprised by a call to book shortly afterwards by yourselves offering instant options. Good idea, hopefully will cut out a lot of frustration and wasted time for patient and referral staff.
