"Excellent TRAQS service - from doctor to hospital in less than a month"

About: Telford and Wrekin PCT Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From going to see my doctor Mr Brown at Shawbirch Medical Centre, he sent for a blood test and referred me to hospital. from seeing my doctor to hospital was less than a month. Excellent service.
