About: Coventry And Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust / Older people's mental health

(as the patient),

First-class A1 dementia treatment service.

Elaine calls on me at home regularly to make sure I go to the cafe and also organised all that that's required to go to the day hospital at the Loxley Unit which I look forward to. Most enjoyable.
