Last month I was a patient in the Ear Nose & Throat department of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. Whilst there, the treatment given to me was good. The staff were all very friendly, and I felt that I was treated with care and respect at all times.
The only thing that would have been better is to have been told that a long wait was expected, because then I could have arrived prepared to wait for a while.
