Have been sent an appointment for Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Halton surgery. However the date of the appointment is inconvenient as it covers my working hours. I rang the number of the centre involved who told me to ring the other number on the paperwork 0800 at the bottom of the letter. This is ringing unobtainable. It appears I will have to contact my Doctors surgery to cancel this, which is a waste of their time. Not impressed.
