"Great insole service at Locala Podiatry"

I would like to say thanks to Sarah and James at Locala Podiatry for re-covering my insoles in November. I also took my costs down and a cheque for another pair making. I said I was going shopping and Sarah said the insoles would be ready at 1pm. When I went back Sarah came out then asked me to wait ten more minutes and I would be able to take both my insoles back because James had removed my old ones and made the new ones too. I would like to say thank you to them both.

"A number of our patients have asked for spare pairs of insoles and we have recently introduced an option for them to purchase extra pairs, we are monitoring this but it appears to be working well. That's why feedback like yours is really important. Thank you
