My child was a patient on the allergy assessment ward D34 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of eczema. While the standard of nursing care was good, the medical care my child received was not.
Dermatology nurse Sandra was excellent - personal, understanding, and treated my daughter with the greatest care. Thank you to her.
