After my dealings with Weymouth and Portland CMHT, I made a complaint. I feel that my complaint was not dealt with according to the trusts own policies and procedures.
Specifically, none of the main points (which were numbered) were answered. Statements made were by groups e.g. the nursing team, rather than the individuals involved. I also felt that the factual information given in response was entirely wrong.
The complaint was not dealt with within the correct time frame (6 months). And in the end, the 'apology' did not come from the Chief Executive's office, from whence all the other letters came from, but from his deputy, and was made as obscure as possible.
