What I liked

My husband has been on B5 on 3 occasions, he has asked me to comment as he would like to thank the staff on this ward as they are absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and caring and even when busy will go out of their way to help you.

What could be improved

The water is disgusting - take your own.

No bins/bags at bedside for your personal rubbish

Anything else?

The only problems that were seen, was from those patients who seemed to think that the nurses were there to cater to their every whim (both young and old) and from patients who seemed to think that they knew better than the trained staff.

Thank you for leaving your comments regarding your husbands stay on ward B5 at North Manchester General Hospital.

We are very pleased he was happy with the service the staff provided and that he found them helpful and caring.

Regarding your comment about the water and the bin/bags, we will forward your comment to the Ward manager for her to address your concerns.
